Imported from USA LUCITE. Compared to most suppliers, PFD acrylic shell is thicker and stronger. 5 years warranty for the acrylic of the spa, many colors for choice, we accept customized colors.
2.) CABINETS
We offer cstomer with two kinds of material for your Spa cabinet:
a) Natural wood: you can choose from various natural woods which give you the natural warmth and represent your nobleness.
b). Rigid PVC cabinet is durable and easy for maintenance, consistent tone of color.
3.) LEATHER COVER
You can choose the leather insulation cover for your spa, to make it nice, bueaty and maintain the temperature.
4.) MOTORS, HEATER
From well known brand, safe, strong power and long service life. Certainly, it's cost is higher compared to the common ones, some suppliers making outdoor spa use some common water pump, just for a cheaper price, but that not our practice, we never sacrifice the high quality to meet the low price.
5.) JETS OF PFD HOT TUB
We use the steady quality water nozzles and bubble jets from the best supplier. The stainless will be thicker, and massage function is better, some nozzles have self-clean function, undoubtedly the life span is longer

1. How many years warranty do you have and how can you garantee?
Answer: We have 3 warrenty years for the electrical parts inside the tub, including controller, heater, pumps etc.If any problems happend, we will send you new one accessory and installation manual for free.
For the acrylic, we have 5 warranty years. If any crackle, we will find acrylic fixer to fix for you, that is free.
2. Can I choose Balboa controller for the outdoor spa?
Answer: Definitely you can choose balboa controller. You only need to tell us your requirements and we will do for you.
3. Do you have PVC skirt or red cedar skirt?
Answer: Yes, we have. For the country, where is always moisture, PVC skirt is a better choice. If the country's weather is too hot and always sunny, red cedar skirt is a better choice. Because it won't deform and change color under the sun.
4. Can i order a sample to test?
Answer: Sure you can. But the price will be a little high than mass order, but the higher part will be returned to you in the next order.
